Firstleeee.... I want to sayyyyy, NICE performance you guys put up last week, there are still room for improvement though(wah this sounds like report book)!

Now that the sec4s had already stepped down, its time for sec3s to rise up and take charge.
You will slowly understand how difficult it is to be a section leader;
conduct sectionals; get everyone to listen etc.
Not too late though.... make sure that you excel your previous batch's leader, look up to them and be BETTER than them!
As for those who stepped down, STUDY HARD!
Aggregate must get lower than me!

ok, i've yet to think of the punishment.
The recruits are coming in alr, treat them nice, gotta retain them.
Some of them wont last, might just give up and quit half way.
DONT BE too crazy, you guys frighten them off! HAHAHA!
